Todate, we have helped more than 660 families to successfully participate in the Malaysia My 2nd Home Program. We have a success rate of 99.9% because we ensure that only qualified participants apply for the program. We also vet all documents to ensure they meet the requirements of the program. In some cases where the application is rejected initially, we have successfully appealed for it and got it approved. We also go the extra mile which is beyond our duty.
We have processed some applications from people who had tried the "Do-It-Yourself" approach and failed because they are not well versed with requirements of the program, the type of documents, translations, certifcation of documents that meets the criteria of the approving officers. As a result, they spent an enormous amount of time and money (making many trips to Malaysia) without getting approval. They not only frustrate themselves but the government officers as well resulting in unfavourable condition for themselves. Finally, they approached us and we processed it successfully.
